Took ipill around 5 months back, this made periods unstable. Now they have started to come back on track(still not recovered full, getting a little less blood on 3rd and 4th day). However, is there any possibilty that pregnancy can still occur?

No according to your history.Get done ultrasonography to know the condition of ovaries and to rule out the ovaries.Also get done TSH level and serum prolactin level.with all reports contact me through practo.
