I am going in depression just because I am a person who takes lots of tension of small small things and before few days my best friend says something that I can't forget and because of that I am not able to think about anything else I am disturbed and distracted towards this thing's I don't wanted to think about that bt he is the only one who is very close to me I share everything with him I can't forget this words I am going in wrong direction I

Only give u few advice.... 1.Accept reality,if u cant then it ruined ur present. 2.Do not try to control such things which are not in our reach. 3.Always be hopefull and positive. 4.We all always have a 2nd choice. 5.Must face ur biggest fear and then master that  fear.If cannot face it u dont know how to deal with it. Ur problems are may be due to over mental Stress, anxiety, low selfconfidence, etc.Be consistent what u are doing .Always be pure to ur conscience. I feel you might be trying to analyse too much about what your friend has said. It is important that you speak with someone to whom you can open your heart and look at the situation in a calmer way. Since you take tension over small small things,it is high time you start working on strengthening yourself as a person.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
