I need to know what this is
There were instances that when I worry so much I feel a bit of pressure in my chest and it was hard to do something easily. There was an instance that it occured for a week and feel drained. Also one instance that I was worried on what to do that I became dizzy. I don't know what this is so I need to know for certain.
