Hey you can get a regular scaling and polishing done from your nearby local dentist. Cleaning( scaling and polishing) should be once every year to keep your teeth free of decay and gum diseases. For tooth movement you need to see a specialist dentist( orthodontist) and he will give you various treatment options depending upon how much movement of teeth you need. Cost should range 25000 onwards for metal braces. If you go to any Pvt or govt clg the cost would further come down to 5000 or free in a govt clg. Hope that helps
