I'm not  mentally stable
Hi From past 2 years am not able to be myself that is i want to do something creative by again loosing hope, I want to get rid of people but am not able to, getting very hyper at kid at times and later feeling bad. I just wanted to know is it because of my health condition or what is wrong n yes I do have thyroid since my pregnancy is it because of that??

Are  you expecting acknowledgement or Appreciation?!!! Getting rid of people,  will only Isolate you.  Again,  that will lead to loneliness. I would  rather suggest  to to learn to handle people and situations as they are.

I feel you need a detailed session with a Psychologist. I also feel that you should start taking out sometime for yourself as in spend some time in hobbies you enjoyed earlier, even if you feel you won't be able to just go ahead and give it a try for eg like you said any creativity related thing. A few questions How old is your child ? Any specific incident that happened 2 years that you can relate too?
