I'm having right side molarteeth is pain
Hello doctors my right side molar teeth is paining.. I can't chew the food also.. But my teeth r clear no black holes or no infection.. It is paining when I am drinking water having cold or hot items.. Pls help me. To get relief from the pain

It might be due to interdental caries ( inbetween teeth). This can't be visualised clinically too. Please visit the dentist and go for an IOPA xray and proceed with the treatment ( either extraction or RCT, whichever you prefer). Avoid hot water gargle and self medication Hope this helps you mam

If possible kindly attach the pictures and online consult. Mostly it's sensitivity because of exposed inner layer of your tooth,kindly check the other side of the tooth which faces your cheeks too .
Next Steps
replace your normal toothpaste with a desensitizing toothpaste.
