If sacroilitis mention on mri report then plz do blood investigations HLAB27,CBC,ESR,CRP ,RA,Anti CCP and rule out Rheumatoid arthritis .
Next Steps
If reports come positive then meet Rheumatologist and. If it’s negative do physiotherapy for Core /Abdominal and Back Extensor muscles and Pelvic muscles strengthening
