I have suffer from back pain above 4year
Reduced disc space between L5/S1 posteriorly.And Mild marrow edema seen in posterior part of right sacroiliac joint suggestive of mild right sided sacroileitis.

Sacroiliatitis is a inflammation condition so,it may healed by using 1)Contrast bath:-it is procedure in which the affected part is immersed or soaked with warm water followed by immediate application of the part with ice water.This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

If sacroilitis mention on mri report then plz do blood investigations HLAB27,CBC,ESR,CRP ,RA,Anti CCP and rule out Rheumatoid arthritis .
Next Steps
If reports come positive then meet Rheumatologist and. If it’s negative do physiotherapy for Core /Abdominal and Back Extensor muscles and Pelvic muscles strengthening
