Hi Mam Thanks for seeking help here. Stress management therapy will make you feel better and stress free. You need 1. Mindfulness based stress reduction 2. Yoga/meditation 3. Relaxation techniques (JPMR) 4. If they fail then only start Medication.

Hii Stress needs to be taken care by developing coping strategies. Everyone has some or other kind of stress but the way people deal with it is different... Sometimes we have to change the perception and see a situation with different perspective... Start doing half an hour physical exercise, drink plenty of water, eat right, make up a list of all the things bothering you, speak to someone trustworthy And best would be taking professional help from a psychiatrist or a counsellor..who would give a non judgemental hearing and would help you to deal with it in a right manner...
