Other than running and yoga I need to know what your diet and lifestyle is. You need to take a balanced meal with adequate amount of fibre including fruits and vegetables. You can need to stay hydrated properly. Avoid packaged and processed foods. No need to take isabgol immediately. First try to make changes in your diet and lifestyle. And treat the problem naturally.
