I have pain in my wrist
I was working out on last saturday and there was a click sound from my wrist and after that my wrist started paining. 1. There is no swelling 2. The pain seems to be in between the carpal and the ulna region. 3. If i have my palm facing towards the ground and i rotate it in clockwise direction, i get pain in the carpal-ulna region.

If it's 10 day old allow one week more for it to heal. Seems a soft tissue damage, from the history. Clinical examination is though more important. If still not happy after one week. Consult orthopaedic surgeon, specialising in sports injuries.

From your description it looks like a TFCC/FCU (Flexor Carpi Ulnaris) strain. Will need to immobilize your wrist with a splint and take some medication to reduce the inflammation. Preferable is to get yourself examined once. Usually it takes 2-3 weeks to heal completely.
Next Steps
Ice fomentation to reduce pain Cock up splint to give rest to the wrist
