I have pain in my whole body
I have pain in my whole body it's been 3 months since my c section delivery but still I feel very week my feet hurts in walking my hands hurt in holding things I can even standup straight after siting for 5 minutes

You will try to increase your stamina like that every three days after increase your standing minutes 5+5=10 and then 10+5=15 ..you will be deffinatlly sucsses... Thank u... Note please use theraband tec exercise like that leg raises.. Knee bending. And straching
