Hi Sr teeth removal will be the last option for pain relief ,other options such as root canal treatment is also available so visit your dentist and check your tooth condition and always try to save your tooth

There is no need to remove the teeth if you get it treated it can easily last for minimum 10 years. You need to get a root canal treatment down followed by crown/cap.
