Please consult a Gynaecologist in your area for a physical examination.  There are some glands in the area which may develop a cyst

Hi. No need to panic. It may be a bartholin cyst caused by occlusion of bartholin glands. Differentials include gartners cyst or skene glands cyst.No need to do anything unless it causes pain.Sometimes it may form abscess in which case we need to do a local procedure.Need a video consultation to confirm diagnosis
Next Steps
Wait and watch Consult your obgyn in case of pain or abscess formation
