  4. I have ibs. Please guide through this.

I have ibs
I have ibs problem since 5-6 months. The problems I face is fluid from anal, constipation and also it seems that my back muscles went weak. Also there is lot of urine throughout the day and night. Also there is sudden headache during the noon time. So please guide through this.
