I have daignosed with very low vitamin
I had vitamin d test and the value came id 18 so what to do not to increase vitamin d levels.i. Pure vegetarian

For vitamin D, you can consume  more milk  500 ml or more, cheese, chena, all good quality dairy products ' yogurt; curd ETC. Also potato, sweet  potato; some stems, soybeans. Tofu ETC. More importantly, have some sunlight  at morning  time ( not ultra violet light).can take supplement  through  calcium.
