Flank pain, that too lower right back doesn't correlate with gastric issue. You are misdiagnosing yourself. It can be from ureteric calculi or UTI or radiating appendicular pain ,or nerve entrapment etc... Better seek a proper consultation. Get USG abdomen, urine routine examination and Renal function test , CBC, CRP
Next Steps
feel free to consult me on practo for further evaluation and management

Lower right flank (back-side) pain that is not responding to gastric medicines is very unlikely to be a gastric problem — the location and failure to respond point strongly towards a kidney or urinary tract cause. The most common cause of pain in this area is a kidney stone (right ureteric/renal colic), which causes a deep, continuous or colicky ache in the flank that often radiates to the groin. A urinary tract infection or kidney infection (pyelonephritis) can also cause right flank pain, sometimes with fever or burning urination. Stop relying on gastric medicines as they will not help here. Get a USG whole abdomen and urine routine microscopy done urgently, and a kidney function test (KFT) as well. Drink 2–3 litres of water in the meantime.
Next Steps
Get a USG abdomen + urine routine + KFT done today. If the pain is severe, colicky, or accompanied by fever or vomiting, go to the emergency department promptly — a kidney stone or infection needs urgent management. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
