I have back pain since last 3 months
I have a back pain since last few weeks . when sitting for half an hour at a place and when getting up feeling pain on right upper back for few minutes.after some time it normal.pls suggest me some physio therapy.

In my opinion you should take hot fomentation, and add walking to your routine, take care of posture and avoid sitting for long, see some good physio so that he can help you with specific back exercises..

Ok you have back pain.and muscle spasm in lumber region.so can start some excrise and avoid long sitting....
