I have a Thyroid
Due to some health issue Dr recommended to do some test which includes TSH. Today I received my report and it shows increased Thyroid which is 9.6. In 2020 March i had a miscarriage to before D&C we did this test TSH that time it was 6. But after that we have not noticed anything regarding this. But Suddenly from last 2-3days i was feeling low and dizziness, Nausea headache. So Dr suggests me do tests B12, CBC, D25. My report is not good. Please let me how I can correct my health issues

TSH level nearly 10 ,is an indication for initiating replacement hormone thyroxin under the supervision of your doctor.if the other reports aren't normal, your doctor can treat those issues . good diet habits and regular exercise do help you in the management of the thyroid disorders.
