I have a fever
Hello, i had a slight fever yesterday morning, then it gradually increased over the day. it went down at night after i took a paracetamol and now i have a slight fever again. i have a sore throat and I'm feeling tired. i am also developing some bitterness in my tongue. should i seek medical attention or would you recommend any medication?

If fever doesn't subsides consult a nearest physician. U can Add tab Azithromycin 500mg along with paracetamol
