I have a bone graft problem i think it sataing so what should i do and this problems is in only front teeth

Problem of gap in front teeth( if previously no gap was there) is mostly because of calculus deposit or yellow hard thing deposited on them mainly towards the tongue area. If it is there then good cleaning by a dentist( scaling ) will stop gap from increasing. If no deposits are there then a dentist will see it clinically and tell the reason and treatment for gap

Maam,get your self checked with a oral surgeon and prosthodontist (dentist )near by.... they will both evaluate with xrays and investigations what will be your treatment plan.
