I got period after the 45 days.
I got period after the 45 days. I am in doubt that is it abortion. I was feel so hungry before two days. I thought I was conceived. But now I get my period. I travel today in auto.
I not sure is it my regular period or is it abortion. Do I need to take treatment

Did you do a pregnancy test after you missed your period? Abortion can happen only after you test positive for pregnancy .otherwise it's a case of delayed period
