I get plague formation on back side
I get plague formed at back of my teeth even after brushing twice , also there is a black line near my gums
By end of the day I start getting foul smell as well

Mam you need a round of thorough professional cleaning and polishing. Plaque overtime become hard then known has tartar or calculus. Soft plaque can be removed with brush however tartar can't be.
