Hello doctor, my sharp teeth hurt my tongue daily. My last teeth is so sharp. What is the procedure to overcome this problem. I am afraid when they grind teeth, the remaining material is going to my mouth or accidentally I swallow. Then it cause serious health problem. Because back side teeth is close to throat. Please help what should I do. I am patient of anxiety and panic attack. Some simple procedure makes me anxious please resolve my query. It is safe or grind teeth extract has chance to go to mouth or wing pipe

Hi,
There is nothing to worry. Smoothening of the sharp tooth margin will not cause any tooth fragment from chipping. It is safe to grind the tooth to smoothen the margins. Very minimal grinding is done.
