My body shape is not muscular.. i fill so weak.i try to work out but i can't. I well seeped and well diet .but why i fill weak.

For increasing stamina follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high rich protein In ur diet.   Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water.
