I feel tired all day
Need your help to plan my diet and day to feel more active and energetic through the day. I have 3 meals and still feel very sleepy and tired. Especially in the afternoon

U need to lose 10 KGS more weight can also be reason for feeling tired and lethargic. Once weight loss achieves it will go away. I can help with 4-5 KGS weight loss in month.u will feel energetic once weight loss will be achieved

Hi there. You are over weight according to your height and weight. So please concentrate on losing weight even. Feeling tired could be symptom of conditions like anemia, hypothyroidism. I suggest you consult physician once and get blood tests done. Here are some tips to stay energetic. Diet plan- have green tea thrice daily, have 4-5 small meals per day, have more fruits , sprouts and salads in your meal, have protein rich food less carbohydrates and fats. Workouts- regular workout in form of brisk walking, jogging, exercises has to be done as this wil improve your stamina. Follow al these , it wil help you reduce weight and even gain more stamina.
