I feel my own heartbeat when i am laying down and also keeping my hand on chest it like thumping..also when i sit calmly on mobile and i give attentions on heartbeat then it feel and and i see that my hand also move with heartbeat..cardio said its anxiety and they give ciplar for that..i had been takeing for 3 month my heartbeat now resting is 72-78 ...if i climb the stair 2-3 floor then it also feel and sometime i bend down it also feel....now i consulted to psychiatrist they give me peroxetine and clonazepam..is it ok to it..? It reduced my this problem completely??? My heartbeat is normal
