Dear Sir
I can imagine it must be quite distressing for you.
Please do not keep this to yourself
talk to your friends and family about how you are feeling. See a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation to understand what is causing these symptoms and for further management. Treatment depends on the outcome of assessment and usually consists of medications as well as psychological therapy. I am certain that you will feel better with right treatment and support.
Thanks
