I don't know what it is
Hello I am Rahul. My problem is that I think too much everything at extreme. Everything was fine before a few years. Before two years I had an exam.. During which I took too much pressure that I forgot how to write.. And my whole hard work went in vein.. Still today I am not able to write properly.. Because back in my mind that memory is still sticking which remind me that I can't write I am under pressure etc. So it has affected my academic progress adversely. Second in the very next exam I found myself at night struggling hard to get a sleep that I was in fear what will happen if I won't get up in morning.. I will miss the exam etc etc.. Today almost 3 years have gone but still I could overcome over both the things..rather than prescribing me to go to have a test with psychiatrist if any one could help me to get out of this depressing moment..i will be indebted to him or her. You can save my career and life. Thnk u
