hi brushing teeth is very important to maintain good oral health actually we are supposed to brush or do mouth rinsing after intake of food but it varies based on the available condition failing to maintain oral can result in plaque formation results in -bleeding gums -gingivitis -periodontitis cavity formation due to caries resulting in toothache fungal infections such as oralcandidiasis all these microbes can carried away into stomach and can cause further problems better to maintain good oral hygine

Brushing twice daily is recommended. Apart from brushing there are few other oral hygiene techniques to be followed. Not brushing will obviously lead to poor oral hygiene. Gingivitis Periodontitis Halitosis Caries Infections

Regular brushing is recommended for proper hygiene if not brushed regularly you will develop  halitosis bleeding gums plaque tartar which will eventually lead to periodontal problems.

I suppose u are speaking about brushing Well u will develop gingivitis dats swollen gingiva ,bleeding gums ,after that it will develop periodontitis which means u will gradually develop bone loss ,some other clinical manifestations and ultimately u will loose ur teeth ...
