brushing teeth is very important to maintain good oral health
actually we are supposed to brush or do mouth rinsing after intake of food but it varies based on the available condition
failing to maintain oral can result in
plaque formation results in
-bleeding gums
-gingivitis
-periodontitis
cavity formation due to caries resulting in toothache
fungal infections such as oralcandidiasis
all these microbes can carried away into stomach and can cause further problems
better to maintain good oral hygine
