I did a thyroid test it shows high level
Too high tsh 52.94micro IU/ml but no physical problem realized till what to do why do I have such abnormal level of TSH

You are having a deficiency of thyroid hormone in your body. It is known as hypothyroidism amd is a fairly common and easily treatable condition. Not everyone will experience symptoms but still treatment will be required. You will need to be started on replacement pills , which will have to be taken lifelong.
