Every night I go to bed at 12 trying to sleep. Even though I am exhausted I can't be peaceful and fall asleep. I fall asleep late around 4 am and wake up early too. I have negative thoughts haunting my mind all night.
Suggest something I can eat or do before bed.

Avoid heavy exercise in evening, avoid caffeine/ nicotine and alcohol in evening, use your bed for sleep only..if you are not able to sleep for 20 min- get out of bed and go in another room,drink water, do something boring- then again try to sleep,. Avoid using mobile at least 1 hr before sleep..etc..If it doesn't help Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case... Regards. Hope it helps
