I can't lift my leg
I had a sarcoma removed from my leg 2 years ago. I think part of a muscle from my thigh was also removed, which left me with some problems when lifting the shin of my leg (which is only a problem when I go to the gym and try to lift both legs when working my abs or something like that)... I've been noticing through these two years that I can now lift it, if weakly, but at least I have regained a little bit of that. Will it improve if I work the muscles? Which exercises would help? Thanks.

Sometimes after surgery or any trauma, muscle loose thr strength which leads to muscle atrophy means fat reduction or flattening of that muscle, once u start with strengthening exercises your leg will gain some strength and u will be able to do every movement. So continue strengthening programme if u still feel weakness you can go for some muscle stimulation in physiotherapy , this will help in fast recovery as u already passed two years.
