I can't feel anything like I am living a dream. I can't feel the ground or my body or when I'm using a cream for my hands , It's really bothering me cause I can't deal with the reality or understand the person who's talking to me . feel like my mind is in another place. what can I do cause really I'm starting to focus do I feel it or not !!!!
