I am suffering from high pulse rate
Sir or mam ...plsssss help...i have high pulse above 100 and bp 113/90...so a dr give me propranolol 40mg and escitapam 10 mg...after taking this meds i feel drowsy and very weak...is this meds are correct for me?

No need of escitalopram 10 mg , i think you will be well controlled on propanolol 40mg alone.
