I am not gaining any weight
I am 19 years old and my current weight is just 39 and i been depressed due to this issues as i find it difficult to find a job or more likely i am rejected for being underweight, its literally ruining my life and i depressed due this, i eat less. I need to gain weight somehow in short period of time. And i have a petite body, so i feel embrassed to go out.

Hi, being underweight is not a disease please do no feel depressed. Stress is an obstacle for wither gain or loss. There needs to be few basic blood tests done. It would be better if you contact directly through app.

First of all don't take stress because it is going to effect on your health more ...next thing u can gain weight through natural process but everything needs some time and patience.  U need to consult a dietitian near by or any good nutritionist whomsoever u want to. And take regular diet and follow what ever your nutritionist suggests .

Eat egg thrice a week to gain some energy. Rice, dal , vegetables and fruits to consume to have every day. Drink milk, coffee , tea and juice every day . Nuts and seeds to consume on daily basis .

Gud morning,pls do overall body check up like thyroid test,diabetes test,liver functioning test etc.there might be certain internal health issues for which u r not to gain weight.there after if any dietary guidance needed then pls connect directly through practo app by downloading it.
