I am not able to gain weight .
I am 6" tall , 19 year old but my weight is just 65kg. I am very thin . I joined gym and took all proper diet but all in vain. Specially my face is very slim and no mass or fat on it. I eat more also and took 4 meals a day but no result. so please help me.

It seems to be in your hereditary,  if yes then it will take time to gain weight and mass. Add on more proteins like pulses, sprou in your diet , roasted grains and nuts, soyabean, eggs, white meat if takes. Add on bananas,  protein shakes as well. Raisins and nuts can be taken as snacks. Always take some protein food before and after workout to rejuvenate.
