I am having mass over left side abdomen
I am having mass over left side lower abdomen . I did MRI , it gives interpretation as broad ligament fibroid/ ovaral fibroid/fibrothecoma.please do needful help for treating this problem.

Mostly there is surgical management for this type of mass. However, it's size can reduce using some medicines in some cases.

You have not mentioned the size of mass and your symptoms .if it is a broad ligament fibroid and big in size then it may require surgery.

Any solid tumor in broad ligament needs surgical management if it is significantly large to cause pain or pressure effects on surrounding structures.
