I am fearful of death
Due to the two month I am feeling extremely fearful that I will die soon due to covid infection alone. Living at Chandigarh alone due to job reason. No one to ask even water or give and drug or food. Although I have some numbers of my students but all are gone to their home . All collguge are not visiting any one anymore How to overcome it one and all.

Hi. Chat with friends or known persons. Punjab is known to me for certain reasons. In my childhood I had been hospitalized with a certain disease.  I suffered a lot. It gave me courage to live through odds for rest of my life.

You are a medical professional. So you are aware of covid-19 infection. It is the fear of getting covid and fear of death causing trouble to you. I would say you should consult a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist ASAP.

Dear, You will not die due to covid infection.. But you fear will kill you slowly.. So first do not fear make yourself comfortable and gain confidence step by step... At present what is your actual position about covid infection..  Consult a Dr as soon as possible atleast through phone call..  Follow their advice and take treatment religiously..  Nothing to worry you will be alright soon.  Ofcourse this is a tuff time but if you have a strength enough to face this situation without worrying unnessarily you will back to the normal soon... Be brave face this challenge ..

Hello, Being away from home in covid pandemic is difficult and that too staying alone with no social support.Just try to get connected with your family and friends through video calls and texts. Try to schedule your day wherein you will schedule your office work first then fill your days with activities of your choice(depending upon your taste).Besides try some breathing and mindfulness exercises

I understand the difficulty which you are going through by staying alone due to circumstances.. Be in touch with your family members and other friends and we'll wishers.. They all maybe in different places, yet by talking to them gives you தட் confidence and you might feel better..
