The anxiety and fear sounds very intense. It must be so exhausting and unsettling for you.
Do practice some breathing exercises to manage your symptoms. For overthinking a psychotherapist will be able to help you the best.

Hi
The term for fear of death is called thanatophobia. Psychotherapy is an effective treatment for thanatophobia. If you feel your symptoms are too much for you to handle you will require medication. To feel better consult a psychologist and talk about fear of death. You also relate a small health issue to a serious medical condition. A psychologist will help you feel calm. With counselling sessions you can gradually work on overcoming your fear.
