I am feeling fearful especially after 7 in the evening, I feel tremors in legs and feel something crawling in legs. Headache, drowsiness. Can't sleep in night. Feels hot flashes in whole body. Seeing weird things and more..

Ya these r the symptoms of anxiety but the next thing you need to observe and understand is anything related to this fear post 7pm as mentioned by you. And since how many days it has started and also since the day it started a day before that day where were you at the same time. Getting back into history will help much better.
