Hope you are doing well. It is just calculus and to be pointed they are one of the infection in mouth. They occur because of your irregular alignment of teeth..

you have to get a professional cleaning done to remove the plaque and calculus deposits. But from the picture it is evident, the existing malocclusion of your dentition, which may increase the chance of developing plaque and calculus deposits in the future, better to get your teeth aligned by consulting a orthodontist.

Your teeth need professional cleaning. The doctor will help you with other suggestions of how to maintain a good oral hygiene and of course if teeth have some crowding like yours then go for teeth alignment with braces/aligners, your oral hygiene will improve.
