It's due to myofascial trigger points presence in supraspinatus ,teres minor ,major , lattismus dorsi and upper trapezius muscles of shoulder girdle ..

sports physio clinic and request him/her to release all these mentioned muscles by manually or through dry needling and kinesiolocial taping
