I am 5 months pregnant and constipation
Hello Doctor, I am 5 months pregnant and suffering from severe constipation from a week. Taking Duphalac syrup but no benefit. Can you please suggest me some medicine for constipation that is safe in pregnancy?

Have plenty of fluids & fibre rich food (salade). Try isabgol powder with warm water twice in a day.
