I am 40weeks pregnant still no labour
I am 40 weeks pregnant and my doctor has asked me to keep counting 10kicks per hour but i am unable to find difference between baby movements and kicks because baby keeps rolling most of the time but sudden kicks are very faint to understand so is the movement and kick same thing. Plus my 40 week is complete now and still I do not feel any kind of contraction. What should I do. This is my first pregnancy.

Movements n kicks r one n the same U can wait till 41 weeks of pregnancy for spontaneous onset of labour provided ur pelvis assessment has already been done n there r no contraindications for normal delivery If not, consult ur Gynecologist n plan accordingly

Movements and kicks are all the same. Wait for 3-4 days and visit your gynecologist. U may need induction of labour i.e to start the labour pains with the help of medicine. Don't wait for more 1 week
