Hi ,
I had miscarriage 6 months back and not able conceive now. Tried 3 natural and 1 IUI cycle but it failed. Last time I conceived in 2nd IUI cycle. Dr suggested diagnostic hysteroscopy and laparoscopy. I don't want go for IVF. Please refer to attached report of surgery and please let me know if I can conceive without IVF or not... All other hormonal reports are normal.

One tube is blocked. You might conceive without IVF .

Left side tube is blocked. It is even possible to conceive through iui even if single tube is patent
