I had hysterectomy operation (open  surgery ) on Nov 7 ,today Little blood came through vagina what is the problem what does it means pls reply maam / sir

I am sure, apart from the blood spot on your undergarments you could see nothing else. Let the remaining job of seeing into your vagina with a speculum be done by your Gynaecologist to find out from where the blood is coming. Once the cause is found the appropriate treatment can be done.

Though u need to be examined to ascertain the reason fr the bleeding A little bleeding post surgery is normal as the vault heals a little bleeding may be normal It's always better to connect with ur treating dr

Slight bleeding  is normal after hysterectomy  for 1 to 2 months. If the bleeding  is more than spotting consult  your doctor..
