Listen , hyperthyroidism is treatable n medicine is definitely required, can be tapered in few months n than stopped.
You need to consult a md physician or endocrinologist as u develop anxiety as u mentioned.
For anxiety u can go with
Tab nexito10 one at night for seven to ten days. U can increase the dose upto 20 mg one at night after dinner.
Neomerkazole is medicine for hyperthyroidism, go under treatment with suggested doctors above.
