Hyperthyroidism
Can hyperthyroidism be converted to hypo without surgery or radioactive iodine therapy ? My mother got this and has swelling that often increase and decrease in size..doctor suggest iodine therapy. I'm afraid of radioactive side effects which some cases may cause cancer in later years per what I read on internet. Pls advise.
