My wife is having hypothyroid and was using thyronorm 62.5mcg. last month she had a tsh of 0.41 and total t4 as 11.84. now she is 5 weeks pregnant and doctor prescribed her 75mcg for 5 days a week and 50mcg for 2 days a week. Is this fine?

Tsh in pregnancy need to be maintained between .35 to 2.5 in first trimester
Upto 3 thereafter
Repeat tsh every 45 days
Dose needs to be adjusted accordingly
