Helloo Don’t fall for ayurvedic medicine.. everything will have its own complications. You need to take medicines regularly and keep a follow up on blood test every 3 months. Based on thyroid values, dose will be modified accordingly. Regular thyroid medication along with dietary modifications will definitely help. You can connect with me on practo.

Before thinking of cure CHANGE LIFE STYLE N DIET PLAN DRASTICALLY THAN SWITCH ON ANY THERAPY. HOMEO, AYURVEDA ALL AGREE. BUT AAL DEPEND ON YOUR OWN WORK FOR BODY. THS IS ALL READY HIGH. WHEN EVERY THERAPY NO RESULT THAN ALL SWITCH TO THYROXIN. ITS NEED LOT OF PATIENCE.

Let me address your concerns: 1. Can Hypothyroidism Be Cured Permanently with Ayurveda? While Ayurveda offers therapies and lifestyle changes to improve thyroid function, hypothyroidism, especially if it’s chronic or autoimmune (Hashimoto’s thyroiditis), is generally a lifelong condition. Ayurveda may help in: Supporting thyroid health with herbs like Ashwagandha, Guggulu, or Kanchanar, Improving overall metabolism. However, there is limited scientific evidence to confirm a complete cure through Ayurveda alone. 2. Can Medication Be Stopped if Reversed? If hypothyroidism improves and thyroid hormone levels normalize (e.g., due to weight loss, dietary changes, or stress reduction), medication dosages may be adjusted under medical supervision.
Next Steps
Please consult as Regular monitoring is essential to determine the correct medication dosage Please feel free to consult.
